Víctor Manuel Estay Vásquez is a retired chilean footballer.

He was forward.

He started his career at Deportes Concepción, where he played from 1970 and 1978. In 1975 he was runner-up.

He is the top scorer of all-time in the Concio, scoring 88 goals in 190 matches.


In 1979 he moved to Unión Española, after he played in Deportes La Serena. 

He finished his career in Rangers de Talca at the age of 33 years.

He played for the Chile national football team, the first time on 11 july 1979 in the match against Uruguay for Copa Juan Pinto Durán playing at the Estadio Nacional. He earned in total 6 caps.
